Survey Version Control
Survey Version Control After creating a survey, you might decide to change a question, heading, or even add a new question later. Making these changes will create a new version of the survey. For example: - Version 1: You create a survey with 5 questions and publish it. People start responding, and their submissions are saved as Version 1. - Version 2: Later, you edit or add a question and publish the survey again. From this point, new responses are collected under Version 2. When viewing submissions, you’ll see responses organized according to the version they answered. Setting up a Community: Inviting Community Managers and Instructors
Add a community invite code, and invite other community managers and/or instructors to your community Invite codes Generate an invite code for your community and share it with prospective members. When someone signs up using your invite code, they will automatically be added to your community. If they register without an invite code, they'll be placed in the 'Trial Users' community by default. Should you need assistance moving members to the correct community, the Televeda support team is available to help. Additionally, you can enable a setting that allows trial members to transfer to your community via a pop-up on the lobby page. Inviting community managers and instructors to your community Imagine you're the community manager for three communities. You can invite a community manager to only one of the communities, and they won't be able to view or edit the details of the other two communities. The same principle applies to instructors. Remember that instructors do not use the admin dashboard; they are only able to host classes for communities to which they belong. To invite someone as a community manager, you first need to make sure that they are also a member of that community. Watch Video Please contact our support team if you're still unsure about anything. Creating Notifications
How to Create Notifications on the Admin Dashboard Notifications are created in the Admin Dashboard and appear for members on live.televeda.com under the bell icon (top right). Notifications Bell Icon In the video below, you’ll see how they show up in the lobby as quick info messages. They can be used for simple reminders, like an internal community event, a prompt to join a class, or a nudge to complete something such as a survey. How Notifications Appear in the Lobby In the section below, I’m showing how to create a notification in the Admin Dashboard. You can only create notifications for communities you manage (i.e., where you have Community Manager privileges). If you manage multiple communities, you can send a notification to all of them or just one. You can also choose to send it to everyone in the community or only selected members. It’s also important to note: unlike emails, notifications don’t support trigger conditions—they’re send-only, and everyone you select receives it immediately. 1. On the left navigation bar, go to Outreach → Notifications. 2. Click on Create. How to Create a Notification 1. Add a template name, title, subtitle, and description. 2. Choose whether to send to All Communities using the toggle (Yes/No). If you only manage one community, you can skip this. 3. Click Save, then choose all members or specific members. 4. Confirm to send. Once confirmed, the notification is sent immediately. How to Create Notifications on the Admin Dashboard Still have questions?
