Please cancel a class in advance to prevent a poor user experience.

How to Cancel a Class from the Admin Dashboard

1. live.televeda.com/admin and click on Live Events.

2. Select the class on the schedule.

3. Click on Cancel.

4. Click on OK.

5. Once the class is successfully cancelled it will be greyed out.

How to Cancel a Class from the Instructor Page

Please note: you can only cancel a class on the day it’s scheduled via the instructor page. To cancel any other day’s class, use the Admin Dashboard.

1. Go to the Instructor Page: live.televeda.com/host.

2. Click on the dropdown to select a class.

3. Once the class has been selected the Cancel Class button will become visible.

4. Click on Cancel Class.

5. Click on Ok to confirm the cancelation.
