*This guide will explain how Community Managers can upload resources to an existing collection, or create a new collection for a resource.*

### Adding a Resource to an Existing Collection

1. On the Admin Dashboard, click **Community** on the left-hand side.  
2. Click **Resources.**

3. All existing community resources will be listed on the right-hand side, organized by community. 
4. Find your community, then under the Actions column, click the edit button (pencil icon) to edit your community resources.

5. Scroll down until you find the **Collections** section. 
6. If the resource you want to add belongs to an existing collection, click **Add Item.**

7. A pop-up window will appear on the right. Enter the resource name, select the resource type (File or Link), then upload the file or paste the link in the field provided.

### Creating a New Collection for a Resource

If there isn't an existing collection that fits the resource you're adding:

1. Follow steps 1–4 above 
2. Scroll down until you find **Collections**, then click **Create Collection**

3. A pop-up window will appear on the right. Enter the Title, select Visibility, and set the Collection Order

4. Add your resource by following steps 5–7 above
